With low risk and a strong potential for gains, multi-family assets are extremely beneficial even more so today with the growing demand for more flexibility in housing provided by apartment living.

The Northrup Group is a private, well-capitalized, real estate investment firm that helps clients achieve superior risk-adjusted returns through the acquisition of multifamily between 20 -100 units, while prioritizing affordable housing opportunities for residents. We purchase apartments with a very specific set of criteria. We focus on cash flow for investors – while also maximizing equity growth through forced appreciation. Although we anticipate large equity growth, we also know that regular cash flow is important. That’s why we process regular distributions — typically either monthly or quarterly depending on the offering.

Jordan Northrup
Founder
Jordan Northrup is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background. He was born in Lima, Ohio. He has earned degrees in economics, philosophy, and business. Jordan served in the United States Marines for 20 years, with three combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan.
He is also an author and has written a book titled “The War Inside: Finding Victory Over Alcohol,” which focuses on his personal journey of overcoming addiction. In addition, Jordan is a keynote speaker and has a passion for helping those struggling with addiction, as well as their families. He also serves as the Vice-President of Spero Stuttering, a non-profit that provides education, resources, and advocacy to people who stutter and those in the Speech Language Pathologists communities.
When he is not leading Marines or building businesses, Jordan enjoys playing golf, playing the piano, making furniture in his wood shop, and spending time with his wife and children. Jordan resides with his family in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia area.
